Privacy Policies

Defines privacy protection rules.

Introduction

Privacy policies are an instrument for regulating privacy protection within the competence of the institution.

Definitions

Coverage: this document is unique and valid for all products and services maintained by Yulk.

Client: user of Yulk products and services.

Use of Products and Services: act of accessing a website, installing and opening an application, opening and using an account, filling out forms and consuming a different software product or service provided by Yulk.

Free of charge: indirect payment. It occurs when the cost is financed by advertising. No obligation to pay directly from the customer to the institution.

Dice: Location, email addresses, clicks, search terms, messages sent and activity history.

Shared Responsibility

The commitment is bilateral, both the client and the institution must strictly fulfill the duties to be entitled to the rights.

Duties of the client:

  • Acquire original equipment and software from recognized brands and committed to privacy. The entire infrastructure necessary to access the internet is the customer's responsibility.
  • Keep passwords safe and up to date. Never share your password with third parties. Perform periodic changes every 3 months.
  • Inform the institution immediately in case of loss or theft of the password, using the contact form.
  • Access Yulk's home page with a minimum of 44 regular days to be informed about changes in privacy policies and terms of service.
Customer rights:
  • It will be granted free of charge to the customer who has an account: access to all the data captured by the systems in the last 5 years.
  • The customer will have the right to remove all data that has not been provided by the security team, as it is a mandatory matter to protect systems, or, data protected by historical value, or, data that has a contract that limits the removal.
  • Be communicated within 45 ordinary days via notice on the home page about changes to privacy policies and terms of service.
  • The customer is entitled to encryption of all stored data and the best security practices for protecting traffic and storing information.
  • The customer is entitled to replicate data for at least 3 different data center regions. Ensuring that the data is safe from a local accident.
  • The customer is entitled to the right to use data in an aggregated form, via indirect identifier with a minimum degree of similarity to the original.

Ad id

In order to offer more refined ads we need to better understand what you are looking for, the ad ID is the tool we use to do this. The data is collected and used in an aggregated way, taking advantage of only what is important to offer the most appropriate ads and with the use of indirect identifiers.

Refusal

If you do not agree with the privacy policies or the terms of service. We do not recommend using our products and services.
